This Father’s Day, we’re firing up the grill and putting on a feast that Dad will love. On Sunday, 7 September, join us at Miko for a Smoked Meat Platter + Craft Beer Pairing — a one-day-only special made to celebrate.
Each plate comes stacked with 3–4 smoked proteins, all the trimmings, and a perfectly paired beer (or a refreshing non-alcoholic option).
On the menu:
Smoked Proteins – Slow-cooked smoked beef brisket, crispy buttermilk fried chicken thigh with smoky paprika, or rilled Kānsky with maple chipotle glaze.
Sides – Crispy Paprika potato's, crunchy house made slaw, pickles with Beer Mustard.
Beer Pairing – Hazy pale ale or malty amber with the brisket, crisp lager with the chicken, or other for non-drinkers.
